RI State Beaches Going Smoke-Free

This summer, Rhode Island's state beaches are going smoke-free. The
RI Department of Environmental Management and the RI Department of
Health are taking this step to curb litter on our state beaches and
to protect children and wildlife from the risks and ramifications of
smoking on the beach. We ask for your participation in helping
to keep our beaches clean, healthy, and smoke-free.
Smoke-free beaches are supported by the RI Department of
Health, RI Department of Environmental Management, Audubon Society
of Rhode Island, Sierra Club of Rhode Island, and American Lung
Association of Rhode Island.
